Why collect and process the data
Through this privacy policy we inform you about the processing, use and storage of personal data collected by browsing the website https://www.diagnosismaker.com or in the Diagnosis Maker application. Patient’s data are necessary to approach faithfully a medical diagnosis with the best possible probability. The relevance of the diagnosis depends on the quality of the collected data. These data are not combined with any other information that could possibly identify the user. If you are using someone’s data on the Website or App, please ensure that you have the appropriate authorization before providing this data.
Data Types
We use three types of data that could be labeled as personal data.
a) Identity : ID
b) Biodata profile: Date of Birth;Ethnicity;Geographical area of residence;Gender;Pregnancy
c) Clinical Profile: Risk factors;Symptoms;Clinical signs
Data are voluntarily provided by the user, whether a physician or a non-Health Care Professional (non-HCP), are used to define the medical profile with the greatest precision. Data are then analyzed and processed with complex mathematical algorithms, resulting in a list of probable diseases. Diagnosis Maker do not store for clinical profiles nor results data. At the end of the session, all data are cleared except the ID data and Biodata Profile that are stored in a relational database hosted on a server.
Storing ID and Biodata will facilitate future searches of the same user.
Security
We do not collect your IP address or other technological connection data from the various event registration logs.
Access to the services provided by the application and the website is based on a two-step authentication process.
The security of your data is extremely important for us. We work through appropriate technical and organizational measures, to permanently and scrupulously protect your personal data against loss, destruction, distortion, manipulation, unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure.
Remove Account
The user can delete his account and therefore his profile at any time. To do this go to the menu and execute the Account/Remove command.
Marketing
Curently,we do not use marketing services explicitly. There is also no interfacing with social media.
Legal bases
When you use our application or our website, we could analyze your actions and reactions in order to improve the quality of the service provided. We analyze the data collected from your use of the website and web application in order to improve our services and products, and the legal basis is our legitimate interest (legal basis Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR) understood as the need to provide services and products of the highest quality, corresponding to the needs of users, to develop the functionality of the software, to improve its accuracy and relevance.
Cookies
We do not use cookies explicitly, neither in the web application nor in the website. Nevertheless, we have installed in the website and in the Application a manager specialized in the policy of cookies. This manager is accessible at any time by clicking on the "DM" button displayed on the home page in the lower left corner of the website and in the upper right corner of the web application. You will be able to modify your cookie policy.
Privacy Policy Changes
We may modify this privacy policy at any time. The most recent version of the privacy policy regarding how your data is processed will be published on the website and in the web application. In the event of changes to the privacy policy, by continuing to use the site or application, you agree to be bound by the modified content. If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the Site and Web Application.
